 We provide expertise in tubing sizing, forecasting liquid loading and loss of well productivity due to increased liquid inventory, troubleshooting production, calculation of cooldown times, SSCSV location, calculation of chemical umbilical tubing sizing. 

Our expertise in project delivery for pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Engineering enables us to assist our clients as lead or analysts for Pipeline Hydraulics and Flow Assurance scopes of work. Our tracked record with engineering companies and Major Operators encompass Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and Offshore Russia as well as Onshore USA and Latin America.

 We work together with independent and MOCs to forecast and understand future and existing production issues and bottlenecks. We factor in future and expected issues in the SPS design so that the life of the field can be extended; we can look into new well addition or field expansion programs and understand how changes to the SPS can affect existing production.  

We use modeling tools to identify flooding and hydrotest issues, we work with installation contractors to understand stabilization times and troubleshoot issues during pre-commissioning. We can model the initial start-up and identify well and flowline clean up times, operation upsets, chemical requirements, as well as assist on the drafting of operating procedures for the safe undertaking of initial field or well start-up.
